Returns & Exchanges

At Amelie Teje, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
